  • To provide and operate the Service (generating diagrams, managing credits).
  • To process payments via Stripe.

  • Supadata — YouTube transcript retrieval.
  • Google Analytics — Anonymised website usage statistics.
  • Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure.
  • Neon — Database hosting.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and diagrams for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
